Return Process

  Locate the returns form included with your delivery and fill in the details regarding the items you wish to send back and your reason for the return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Send to Portman Road

  Affix the returns address label to your package and send it via a tracked postal service to the Planet Blue store at Portman Road.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange within 7-10 working days.
